Citroën Xantia hydropneumatic suspension test

This is a Citroën Xantia on three wheels. Thanks to the hydropneumatic suspension, it won't need more.

DA Racer : I tried it with my father's Xantia. One of the suspension's fixation point broke, I saw the hood suddenly fold and the car sorta fell of on the rear brake disc whose wheel I removed prior attempting the stunt with a 26 yo car lol

@Ikilledyou123 : i had the same car too, excellent car when its working, painfully expensive when the hydraulic Pipe starts leaking, pretty much why i gave mine in under the scrapage allowance
@miketravis6149 : I had an R reg one and the suspension was weird. I would start it and have to wait for the suspension to pump up. Then I would park and look back and watch it die from what seemed like exhaustion. I am a short feller so when washing it I would lower it to do the roof and raise it to do the sills. Lovely car, nice ride.
@Corrado82 : I think it is a bad idea to park the car in low servicemode, it will stress the front suspension arm bushings

@FunOnTheFarm7 : this is a really good car we us it of road beacause of the suspension. it has very good traction aswell with it being front wheel drive
