Mazda has finally revealed its largest SUV ever, the CX-90. This video focuses on the higest trim with the all-new Inline 6 turbo mild hybrid.

Mazda North American Operations today
introduced the first-ever 2024 Mazda CX-90. Built on Mazda’s all-new large
platform, the three-row crossover represents the company’s new flagship vehicle
with wider, longer, and more aggressive proportions that perfectly blend its highperformance appearance with world-class refinement. Mazda CX-90 is available
with all-new electrified powertrains, including an inline 6 turbo and a plug-in hybrid,
that offer drivers enhanced performance and efficiency.
“At Mazda, our focus is to deliver an ownership experience that enriches the lives
of our customers. With each new vehicle launch, we challenge ourselves to
progress through our human-centric approach of design and engineering,” said Jeff
Guyton, President and CEO of Mazda North American Operations. “CX-90 offers
powerful and responsive performance, alluring design, and intuitive technology.
We’re very proud of our team’s work on CX-90, which we know is a breakthrough
vehicle in its segment.”

As with all Mazda vehicles, CX-90 is designed with the driver in mind. With seating
for up to eight passengers, CX-90 can accommodate families and friends in all three
rows. Cabin space, cargo capacity, safety features, and many amenities are
optimized for their needs.
CX-90 is built on an all-new large platform that features a front-engine, rear-wheelbias longitudinal layout to elevate Mazda’s signature driving performance. CX-90 is
equipped with Kinematic Posture Control, which first debuted on the MX-5 Miata,
a software feature that suppresses body lift on tight corners to enhance the grip and
allows all occupants to maintain a natural posture. Focus was put toward optimizing
rigidity across the entire vehicle body, while meticulously designing the seats and
suspension to provide better balance, control, and confidence in a range of driving
situations. With these thoughtful developments, along with standard i-Activ allwheel drive, drivers can enjoy the full potential of the available high-output
CX-90 is available with an all-new e-Skyactiv G 3.3L Inline 6 Turbo engine, which
has the highest horsepower and torque from a mass production gasoline engine
developed by Mazda, with 340 horsepower and 369 lb-ft of torque when using the
recommended premium fuel. This engine also is equipped with M-Hybrid Boost (a
mild-hybrid system) to provide efficiency without compromising on its remarkable
performance. The electric motor is placed between the engine and transmission,
creating a smooth acceleration from a standstill, and allowing the motor to directly
power CX-90 at low speed. This engaging powertrain provides the CX-90 with an
upscale feeling, a smooth-driving experience, engaging sound, and efficiency.
The new e-Skyactiv PHEV powertrain, tuned specifically for the North American
market, exhibits responsiveness and acceleration that aligns to driver expectations.
An impressive 323 horsepower and 369 lb-ft of torque, when using the
recommended premium fuel, provide customers with the best of both worlds in
terms of performance and efficiency. The PHEV is designed to operate purely on the

electric motor in a variety of driving scenarios. To provide owners with flexibility and
peace of mind, Mazda’s 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine, with a tuned intake to
improve torque, has been adapted to work alongside the electric motor and 17.8
kWh high-capacity battery. This is helpful for longer drives like road trips, or when
the driver requires maximum acceleration, such as merging onto the freeway.
All CX-90 powertrains are paired with an all-new eight-speed automatic
transmission, specifically designed for the electrified longitudinal powertrains and
large platform vehicles. The multi-speed automatic gearbox, without a torque
converter, achieves smooth and direct acceleration while improving drivetrain

Zoo : Wow. Not only they upgraded to an eight speed, but created more power and torque along with a hybrid. Mazda is not playing around anymore.
Yew B Tang : Love the rear design that exudes some Mazda3 vibes! Gorgeous elegant red!
TC : What a gorgeous new color. Can't wait to see how the new powertrains perform. Will wait for the CX-70 though.
pinkipipe : Much nicer than any of those expensive brands ..
AR : I wish they revealed with other colors and interior combinations. This is very nice though, definitely top of the list right now as a the best cost-effective option.

2024 Mazda CX-90: A more reliable BMW X5?

MotoMan takes an early look at the all-new @MazdaUSA CX-90. More than just a new CUV, the Mazda CX-90 is a giant shift in a crowded segment. Why? The combination of a totally new RWD based large car platform and a BMW like inline 6-cylinder engine all wrapped in a flash interior, Mazda is making good on its previous ‘premium’ claims.

Cedric Van den Haute : I have a 2016 CX9 Signature. The wood is rosewood, used for guitars. I must say that the interior of mine still looks gorgeous 6 years later and still compares favorably compared to luxury options I crossed shipped back then (I excluded the F Type because of its poor interior). I am very eager to see the improvements in person. Funny I was considering replacing my CX9 by a X5 because I wanted a RWD platform and a I6 engine, I may replace it by another Mazda now…
Igor Petrasovic : As always, great job Motoman and
this time,Mazda company too.
Very well done 3 row SUV!
Recardo M : wow, beautiful suv inside and out. looks like it'll age very well as the cx9 did. cant wait to see the driving impressions
JimboJason : That new color is beautiful! Looking forward to when you can get behind the wheel and give us some driving impressions.
Michael Vella : Very nice inside out. Can't wait to find out how it drives.

2023 Mazda 3 Turbo AWD | Long Term Testing

This video introduces our long-term 2023 Mazda 3 Hatchback with Turbo and AWD. Over the course of 30,000 miles, we will test the engine, transmission, audio system, consumable costs, and any problems we face mechanically. With other cars like the Civic Hatch, Integra, GR Corolla, and GTI, the price at $36,000 is steep; we find out if it's worth it.

starkyslp16 : This is one of the few cars out right now that I would actually consider buying. Styling looks good inside and out with reasonable price for the performance. Will definitely follow this long term review!
WaveMusic : I love my 19 NA 3 premium trim! Your original review sold me on getting one I was already looking at and I'm glad I did. The audio is solid for the price, red interior is gorgeous, the exterior styling and led DRL halos are beautiful, and the quality other than some rattles is very premium. I just wish I had some more power like with the turbo. I've been looking at the supercharger kit that a few youtubers have installed, but I'm not that auto savvy to be able to do maintenance if I added that so it might stay stock and slow.
Machine Spirit Miami : Always been a fan of Mazda how they still try to make their cars fun to drive and esp including their modern design languages. That front bumper on this car looks very aggressive, the lower has a very sharp almost aftermarket looking air dam! I like it alot even though I can see plenty new owners smashing that thing lol
Ava Aran : I just have to comment and point out how great your HDR grading is. So few creators utilize HDR properly, and seeing the highlights in the exterior shots pop on my Macbook screen is seriously impressive.
Great work guys! Setting the standard for post-processing and video quality in car content!
BASITH PH : Would love to see the comparison of the Mazda3 Turbo and the Integra A-Spec
That would put both cars as premium hatchbacks into perspective
